I agree to the following guidelines to participate in The Last Cut Sale as a vendor. *

I understand that I must promote The Last Cut Sale on my business social media pages and directly to my customers.

I understand that failure to arrive on time by 8am for setup on the day of the event will result in a penalty fine in addition to my spot being given up.

I understand that failure to have clear signage in my booth indicating the promotions and deals will result in a penalty fine.

I understand that my vendor fee is non-refundable for any reason.

I understand that I am only allowed to bring MAX 4 tables and/or racks total for my booth. Plan to restock during the event.

I understand that ALL merchandise in my booth must be on sale. New arrivals can have a smaller discount, but all merchandise must be discounted.

I understand that my booth must remain set up until 1pm on the day of the event. Early tear down will result in a penalty fee.
